Refund policy

Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized items or services. However, if your order is damaged or lost in transit, we will gladly replace it.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as we have not started production.
  • If a refund is issued, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-14 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns or Exchanges

  • If a return or exchange is applicable, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Any shipping fees will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be processing delays.
