Order Processing & Shipping Information

All items are made to order and shipped via USPS or UPS. Once you place an order, we begin the artwork processing and production of your purchased items. When your order has finished processing, you will receive a notification with your shipment tracking details.

Processing & Shipping Timeframes

• Processing Time: Typically 12-14 business days, but this may vary depending on the item and quantity ordered. Please refer to individual product descriptions for estimated processing times.
• Shipping Time: The time it takes for the mail carriers to deliver your order once it has been processed.

Please note: Processing time and shipping time are separate. Processing refers to the time needed to create your order, while shipping refers to the carrier delivery timeframe once your package is in transit.

Important Order Information

• Buyers are responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges, if applicable.
• Ensure that your contact information and shipping address are correct to receive important updates about your order.
• If we are unable to reach you due to incorrect contact details, this may delay processing. Orders left unconfirmed for 1-2 weeks due to lack of response will be canceled and refunded.
