By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms and policies referenced herein. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, product, or pricing without liability.
  • We are not responsible for any price modifications or service interruptions.

5. Products & Services

  • Some products or services are available exclusively online and may have limited availability.
  • We strive to accurately display product colors and images, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display is 100% accurate to our color output. Due to various smartphone and screen devices producing different color gamuts, colors may appear slightly different from end-users may expect.
  • We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services on a case-by-case basis.
  • All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

6. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

We strive for accuracy but acknowledge that errors may occur in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.

We are not obligated to update any information unless required by law. The absence of a refresh date should not be assumed as an indication that all information is current.

8. Custom Services Policy

  • All files submitted for customization services are subject to review.
  • We will not reproduce certain images, including but not limited to:
    • Graphic, violent, lude, or demonic content
    • Profanity, skulls, or death-related imagery
    • Imagry protraying witch-craft, or satanism
    • Copyrighted, trademarked, or watermarked images without proper authorization
  • If an order includes restricted content, we reserve the right to cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • Artwork submitted for production must be clear print-ready quality, the lack of proper quality can result in the cancelation of your order.

 

  • Customer-Supplied Garments

    • When a customer provides apparel (blanks) or garments for customization, the customer assumes all risk related to the quality, fabric composition, and suitability of those items for printing.

    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order on blanks deemed incompatible with the chosen printing method.

    Fabric Compatibility

    • We are not responsible for print quality issues or garment damage arising from fabrics not designed for printing, or that are incompatible with the printing process selected (e.g., DTF).

    • Customers are responsible for verifying fabric content and specifications before submitting items for customization.

    Handling & Storage

    • After production, the customer is responsible for proper handling, storage, and transportation of printed garments.

    • Damage resulting from exposure to extreme heat, sunlight, moisture, or other environmental conditions is not covered under any refund or replacement policy.

    Limited Liability

    • Our liability is strictly limited to the printing service fee. We do not accept liability for the cost of garments or blanks.

    • The maximum remedy is a refund of the printing charges or, at our discretion, a reprint.

    Durability

    • With proper care, DTF printing provides a strong and lasting result. However, longevity will vary depending on the fabric, print method, and customer handling.

    • For maximum durability, we recommend simple one-color designs.
